Business Specialist, Ad Operations (Mumbai, India) a global contextual Ad Network, is seeking a talented, highly motivated and dependable individual who has the ability to carry out account management and campaign management efforts for the Display team. This position calls for a high level of initiative, campaign objectives and good communication skills. The role entails running campaigns to deliver the advertiser objectives and expanding the business by new growth opportunities. The position is based in Mumbai.


  • Execute and manage campaigns on the network
  • Optimization and delivery of campaigns based on the Ros
  • Run Performance campaigns and brand campaigns
  • Effective Profitability across Campaigns and Revenue Management
  • Utilize traffic on the network to the optimum monetization for campaigns
  • Coordinate with clients through the life cycle of the campaign
  • Working closely with the client to understand requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these with the product development team
  • Maintaining high awareness of the company's internal as well as immediate external environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest buzz and trends in the industry

Required Skills

  • 1 to 2 yrs relevant experience in online advertising industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong marketing abilities along with an aptitude to forecast industry trends
  • Should be able to do business with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
  • Should be a great team player and motivator
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
